Nicholas's faith is one of his core purposes, with community and worship support being key foci. Through his membership and leadership of various synodical councils within the Church of England, and through his regular duties as the organist at his parish church, Nicholas has gained valuable experience and insight into church governance and sensitivities around supporting both worship and local communities.
